Established in 2012, Digital Mobile Spectrum Limited (DMSL) is a joint venture of the UK mobile network operators EE, Telefónica (O2), Three and Vodafone.
DMSL delivers services that support the shared objectives of its shareholders. This currently includes mitigating the impact of mobile networks on terrestrial TV and helping the government and Ofcom with their clearance of TV services from 700 MHz spectrum to make it available for mobile services. The company's expertise lies in transparently delivering projects with multiple public and private stakeholders.
